Receiving and Releasing of Child(ren): *
I indicate below whether or not a St Peter & St Paul's Anglican Church Ottawa Volunteer Teacher or Ministry Leader is authorized to release my child(ren) from the Jr. Church class into the 10:30 am service in the sanctuary upon completion of Junior Church each week where my child(ren) is attending a Jr. Church class. I understand that if my child(ren) is not authorized to be released into the sanctuary on their own, that I must be present for Jr Church sign in and pick up.
