Annual Christmas Dinner Volunteer Sign-Up 2025

**IF YOU WISH TO SERVE AS A FAMILY OR GROUP, EACH PERSON MUST FILL OUT THEIR OWN SEPARATE FORM.**

The annual St Peter & St Paul’s Christmas Dinner will be held in our Parish Hall this year. It is more than just a homemade traditional turkey dinner, it is a place for people who are otherwise alone to come and be in a festive atmosphere throughout Christmas Day.

We need people to bake pies, cookies and squares to drop off at the church on Christmas Eve between our services (from 12 pm to 4 pm) or on Christmas Day between 11am-1pm.

PREP TEAM BLURB

On Christmas Day there will be two dinner sittings: 1:30PM and 4PM.

The dinner is made possible through a large network of volunteers who perform a variety of tasks. On Christmas Day we need help with preparing the food, serving the food and refreshments, greeters, floaters, and a take down crew.

Please check the boxes below to indicate where and when you would wish to help - one of our organizers will be in touch with you closer to event to confirm where and when you will be serving.

We look forward to sharing this time with you. It is such a wonderful way for celebrate the birth of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for your willingness to help. The Lord bless you!
